Shipping Coverage

KAAVRI serves all major cities across India. You can check the availability of delivery to your pincode during the checkout process.

In case courier services are unavailable in your location, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Important: At present, a single order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. Kindly place separate orders for different delivery destinations.

Secure Packaging

Every KAAVRI jewellery piece undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch. Once approved, your jewellery is carefully packed in secure plastic zip-lock pouches and placed inside our premium KAAVRI Fashion Jewellery Box to provide a beautiful and safe unboxing experience.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking details via email. Registered customers can also track their orders using the "Track Order" option available on our website.

Delivery Timeline

Our standard delivery timeline for domestic orders is 5–7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery may vary depending on the destination and may be delayed due to government restrictions, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver your order within the expected timeframe, we will notify you and process applicable refunds through the original payment method where applicable.

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available for selected products and select pincodes in cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM may be delivered the next working day (subject to availability).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM may follow a T+2 delivery timeline.
  • Orders outside eligible express pincodes will follow our regular 5–7 working days delivery schedule.
  • Public holidays and Sundays may extend the express delivery timeline by one additional day.

Delivery Verification & ID Proof

For high-value shipments or when the original recipient is unavailable, our courier partners may request a valid government-issued photo ID to ensure safe and secure delivery.

Package Safety

If you suspect that your package has been opened, damaged, or tampered with before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and contact our customer support immediately.
