Return, Replacement & Warranty Policy
Please read our policy carefully before raising any return, replacement, warranty or cancellation request.
Eligibility for Return
Due to hygiene and customer safety reasons, we do not accept returns of worn or used jewellery products.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Broken or damaged product received
- Missing product in the package
- Wrong item received
Please note: We do not provide refunds in these cases. Eligible claims will only receive a replacement with a new item.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
An unboxing video is compulsory for all return and replacement requests.
Your video must clearly show:
- The sealed KAAVRI parcel exactly as received
- The complete unboxing process without cuts
- The product clearly showing the issue or missing item
How to Raise a Return Request
- Share your Order ID and registered Contact Number.
- Upload at least two clear images of the product.
- Submit the complete unboxing video.
- Email all details to our support team.
Warranty Policy (Size, Fit & Quality Issues)
If you face any size, fitting or quality concerns after 48 hours of delivery, you may send the product to our warehouse for inspection.
- Our Quality Assurance (QA) team will examine the product.
- Based on the QA report, the jewellery will be repaired or replaced.
- The repaired or replacement product will be shipped back to you.
Refunds are not available for warranty claims. Only repair or replacement services will be provided.
Processing Time
Please allow 24–48 working hours for our team to review your request after all required information, photos and videos have been submitted.
Additional Important Notes
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Claims raised after a long period from the delivery date may not be accepted.
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care are not covered under return or warranty.
- Replaced or exchanged products are non-refundable.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, worn jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return & Warranty Terms
Products can be reported within 48 hours of delivery only when the jewellery is shown as missing, broken, damaged, or incorrect in the original unboxing video.
For other concerns, customers may contact our support team and send the product to our warehouse for a Quality Assessment (QA). Depending on the assessment, the product will be repaired or replaced.
No refunds will be provided under return, replacement or warranty claims.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched or shipped.
- If an order is cancelled after shipment, the product amount (excluding shipping charges and COD charges) will be provided as store credit.
- Special festival offers and promotional products are not eligible for cancellation, refund or store credit.
- Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
- Separate special gift boxes are not provided with individual orders unless specifically mentioned in the offer.
- If a customer refuses to accept the delivery, any partial payment made towards the order will not be refunded.
We maintain strict quality checks on every jewellery piece to ensure that you receive premium anti-tarnish jewellery made for everyday elegance.
